The Upper Hand System Review

Upper Hand System is a lay tipping service provided by Ken Emery.

The website shows results back to January 2010 and there is a statement on the site that results for the last four months have been proofed to the Racing Investors Club.

On the front page you are able to download results for the whole period from January 2010. Since May 2011 the results are available monthly.

This is a lay tipping service where selections are provided to members on a daily basis by email. The cost is £40 per month. The author claims 15 consecutive profitable months although, as can be seen on the front page, small losses were suffered in both June and September 2011. Profit to 01 October 2011 is shown as 484.59 points.

The trial will last eight weeks starting with a £1000 bank and using £10 per selection. We will be declaring our results to Betfair SP.

A quick inspection of the results sheets show that there are typically three or four selections a day. Maximum odds are 18.0 on Betfair. As with most typical laying systems winners can occur in groups so a reasonable size betting bank is recommended.

Please note that the system author has notified members that the service is to stop with immediate effect. The impact of high lay odds delivering losing lays has crippled the return on the service. He does say that he will keep researching to see if more bearable odds can be achieved. For now the service is suspended.
