Another disappointing outcome yesterday as Gladiatrix’s effort petered out some two furlongs from home in a 6f race. She drifted out a point from our advised 6/1 and in all honesty never looked like winning, eventually coming home 9th of 15 runners.

Where Chill Factor is our selection today. This bay gelding is trained by Anthony Honeyball, who has an excellent record here at Ffos Las, securing 5 winners and a place from just 11 runners during 2011 and 2012 and today sees his first runner here of 2013. Those five winners have generated profits of 17.8pts and that near 55% place strike rate has rewarded each way backers to the tune of 19.2pts.
Today is Chill Factor‘s third outing, having shown plenty of promise on the previous two showings, finishing third on both occasions. In a race where there’s little form to read, our selection does seem to have of what there is to go off. The very talented Rachael Green takes the ride today and she’s sure to make full use of her 3lbs allowance here, and she herself knows her way around this track, having gained two victories and a place on Mr Honeyball’s horses here last year.
I expect another bold show from Chill Factor today and at attractive odds of 13/2 BOG with BetVictor, an Each Way bet is the prudent call.
