I found the last week very frustrating / difficult if truth be told, finding just one winner from my selections, despite only one runner not finishing in the frame.

Thankfully the winner was returned at 3/1, which helped with some damage limitation and with a bit more luck in running (especially on Saturday), I’d have somehow scraped a profit on the week, which would have pretty much guaranteed an overall surplus at the end of august, a month I’ve historically found difficult (SotD actually lost money last August!).

The silver lining to the recent hovering cloud is that we are continually beating SP by a long way and as you’re probably sick of hearing me say, that WILL guarantee long term profits!
