If you’re a bit behind where you’d like to be with your Cheltenham Festival form study, this post is for you. In it, I’ve rolled up lots of earlier info into a single page. Here’s what we’ve got…
Big Race Previews
Over the last couple of months, I’ve covered a number of races in depth, featuring trends, form notes, and tips.
They can all be accessed via this single link:
From there, you’ll find full coverage of the Gold Cup, World Hurdle, Arkle, Ryanair, RSA Chase, and the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle.
Cheltenham Festival Trainer Statistics
Not just an overview of Cheltenham Festival trainer performance, but some fascinating breakdowns by handicap or not, hurdle or chase, and more. This is a MUST READ 🙂
Best Cheltenham Bookmaker Offers
As you know, bookies are bending over backwards to get your business on day one of the Festival. That means they’re offering all sorts of crazy concessions. I’ve pulled together the pick of them in this post, which is well worth a read as it could earn you hundreds in free bets.
Cheltenham Festival Tipping League
As well as all of the above, we’ll also be running a special Cheltenham Festival Tipping League competition.
Please read the rules VERY carefully:
0. You must be registered on the geegeez site. The competition is open to both free and Gold subscribers.
1. Players must make AT LEAST 3 selections on AT LEAST 3 of the 4 days to be eligible for the Cheltenham Festival tipping competition.
2. There is no maxuimum number of picks each day, but players are limited to stakes of 50 per horse and 100 per day.
3. The judge’s (i.e. my) decision is final, blah blah blah.
4. That’s it!
How To Enter
To enter, just click the Tipping League link in the menu, and choose ‘Cards’ on the day of racing. Or, if you want to enter the night before if you’re a Gold subscriber (or on the day for any level of subscription), you can choose your tips in the cards themselves, thus:
There are five prizes available, as follows:
1st Prize – A Lifetime Subscription to Geegeez Gold
2nd Prize – A signed copy of Sir Peter O’Sullevan’s updated autobiography, Calling The Horses.
3rd to 5th Prizes – A free month’s subscription to Geegeez Gold
This Week on Geegeez
Cheltenham Festival Previews should be online each day no later than 7pm the night before racing. That is, the Day One (Tuesday) preview should be online by 7pm Monday, and so on. I will email in the evening before, and on the morning of racing for each preview.
Expect the Day One preview to be online by around 6pm tonight.
Let’s get this party started!!!
