Double Dutch Monthly Update : May 2015
Every day on the Double Dutch, we give you the running total of where the service stands with regards to winners, strike rates, profit/loss and the ROI, but we think it might be handy for you (whilst possibly a rod for our own backs!) to have a review of the previous month to see the current form.
So, this is how May 2015 panned out for us…
We had 24 days of action (we take Sundays off!) and after 1 of our selections became non-runners, we were left with 95 selections, of which 25 were winners at a strike rate of 26.32%. This is slightly lower than our overall strike rate, as you’ll see shortly, probably by about a couple of winners less than expected.
Our 25 winners over 24 days could therefore have manifested itself into a minimum of just one winning double overall, if we’d been really unlucky or a maximum of 12 winners, so our 9 successful doubles is a good return and actually just slightly higher than past performance at a 37.5% strike rate, which is probably a winner more than our average suggests we’d get.
Overall this made for a modest profit for May, which often proves to be difficult and frustrating in equal measures!
We staked 48pts across the month and our returns of 55.96pts made for a profit of 7.96pts at an ROI of +16.58%, and we’re entering June with 107pts in the bank.
25 winning selections from 95 = 26.32%
9 winning bets in 24 days = 37.50%
P/L : +7.96pts (+16.58% ROI)
And Overall :
587 winning selections from 2055 = 28.56%
185 winning bets in 532 days = 34.77%
P/L : +107.00pts (+10.06% ROI)
