In early May 2014, we started a 60-day review of Value Racing Tips, a daily advisory betting service, that has pretty much become the flagship of the Betting Gods portfolio and I thought that with the number of new subscribers we’ve had in the last two years, that we should take a second look.
In the six months from launch (01/11/13) to the start of our original review (which is right here), VRT had 98 winners from 430 selections (22.8% SR) for level stakes profits of 122.34pts (+28.5% ROI).
A similar pattern followed in that review with 36 winners from 151 (23.8% SR) for 40.95pts (+27.1% ROI), prompting our reviewer to say…“A truly worthwhile service – probably the best I have ever reviewed and have no hesitation in strongly recommending it and award it 5/5”
So, what is VRT and how has it fared in the 25 months since this review ended?
It’s a daily racing advisory service that emails selections (65-80 per month) out the night before racing and is run by the Betting Gods team. Selections are all 1pt straight win bets at BOG and we always check the prices quoted are available.
Since we last covered VRT, it has had a further 414 winners from 1931 selections (21.4% SR) for profits of 257.03pts (+13.3% ROI) taking the overall service figures to 548/2512 (21.8% SR) for 420.32pts (+16.7% ROI), as of 21st August 2016.

Our final summary of VRT?
In early May 2014, the original Geegeez VRT 60-day Review was started.
There were 36 winners from 151 (23.8% SR) for 40.95pts (+27.1% ROI).
VRT then had a further 414 winners from 1931 selections (21.4% SR) for profits of 257.03pts (+13.3% ROI)taking the overall service figures to 548/2512 (21.8% SR) for 420.32pts (+16.7% ROI), to 21st August 2016.
This review has pretty much franked those figures. 39 winners from 179 selections (21.79% SR) for 34.45pts (+16.9% ROI) £344.50 profit at £10 stakes. The average winning odds for the service was 5.47
On the admin side the e-mails arrived consistently between 5pm and 6pm with an sms service to mobiles added halfway through the period.
To summarise this review, it took from 22nd August to 17th September to pass £100 profit and then there was a purple patch to the 14th October when the profit figure hit its summit at £617.00. At that stage the review had a 26.27% SR and 52.29% ROI and then the inevitable return to sanity as losing runs of 12,10, and 12 followed each other to bring our figures back in line with history.
Perhaps the dreaded slack month when Flat changes to NH is a factor but other systems seem to have survived it better.
That said, £344.50 profit and 16.9% ROI is pretty impressive.
Even on monthly subs you are still well in profit so for me there is value for money in this system.
