SotD Update, 28th August to 2nd September

Three winners from four at the end of last week hopefully signals the return to some kind of form after what seemed like a really long run of poor results. That said, the horses were decent picks and getting placed regularly, just not quite getting home.

The first six months of the year were unbelievably successful and this possibly made July/August look worse than it was, when if truth be told, the combined losses for those two months comes to 8.12pts : we made 11.13pts in June alone and we’re already on the board for September.

Yesterday (Saturday) was one of our SotD milestone days : our 200th runner of the year brought our 60th winner of the year and our 500th winner overall, despite still being 9 picks away from 1800 selections.

And despite July/August’s issues, we’re still just 10.91pts shy of 100pts for the year and that’s the next target if you’re coming along for the ride!
